Hey Gang!   Let's get moving....  Post here your daily exercise.  This is a great way to meet your goals.  I'm in for 1500

 

8/1 - 55 minute trail run

8/2 - 90 minute run with the team

Mrs Gregory - I think we are only folks keeping this thread alive this summer....

8/6 - 60 minutes running with the middle school cross country team...very slow.  I think I ran 3 miles!

I don't really mean it, I'm looking forward to having the others back from their summer breaks as much as I'm enjoying it just being us two.

8/11 - 75 minutes walking (So far! Hoping to drag the hubs onto the yoga mat tonight.)

Exactly zero yoga was done that night.  But I did a new physio-ball workout, and although the push-ups felt much, much easier than I am used to push-ups feeling, I can feel a soreness today.  Amazing!

 

8/13 - 45 minutes power yoga

8/14 - 45 minutes walk

8/16 - 30 minutes warm-up and physio-ball; 10 minutes yoga afterwards
