Hey everyone, So I told my ex boyfriend I was pregnant and he had nothing to do with me after.I filled for child support when my daughter was 2 weeks old and Now im waiting for him to get served so we can do paternity testing. His stating shes not his.They just went to serve him and a lady and a man answered stating they did not know who he was. So know its getting sent back to relocate him. She is now 4 1/2 months. How long does it take to locate him and what if they dont fine him ???? What do I do than or is there someone I can hire? Or can I take it to the courts.. Cuz shes His

That's an awful situation to be in! I have heard that it can take a while and then if the person doesn't have a good job it can be heard to get child support out of them anyway. One thing is, though, that if he gets nabbed for anything else, such as a speeding ticket or something else where he comes to the attention of authorities, he will owe the full amount at that point. I know that's not much comfort now.
