CD- only natural materials touching child- which diapers?

I have Happy Heinys organic one size diapers right now and really like them, but am looking to have more than 1 type of diaper.  Besides prefolds, flats and wool covers, are there other diapers where only natural materials touch childs skin?  Idont so much mind the outside being polyester, but dont like the fleece (polyester) against my babe.

How about fitteds? Something like this http://www.nickisdiapers.com/imagine-one-size-bamboo-fitted-diaper.html They can be used under a wool cover or a PUL/TPU one. I have some bamboo pockets (fabric that touches baby's skin is also made of bamboo) that we love.

Nickis diapers also sell Best Bottoms, which are an all in 2. You can choose a organic cotton /hemp blend insert.

I love best bottoms with the organic cotton/hemp inserts. They are leakproof even if my heavy wetting toddler saturates the insert and there is a puddle in the cover. This pnly happens if i dont catch her after she pees and she pees again. The inserts hold a ton. If you are looking at fitteds, motherease diapers are marvelous at containing everything and feel soft to the touch. I have some second hand and after 3 kids so far they are still in great shape. There are some AIOs out there with organic cotton or bamboo inner layers (bum genius makes some I think) but I haven't tried them.
