I've got an old bottle of the Rainbow light, so I'm taking those (although I pee bright yellow when I take them, which makes me wonder how much I am really absorbing), and FCLO when I remember to. I've been eating pastured chicken livers though and drinking some herbal infusions (nettles, red raspberry leaf) and I'm on a grains-light, gluten free diet because I'm gluten intolerant. I also have started culturing some kefir grains a friend gave me. I honestly believe that this time around things are going to be so much easier on my body (and better for the baby) because I will actually be able to absorb all the nutrients I'm eating, whereas the last time, I had no idea that what I was eating was making me sick.
Welp, off to defrost some chicken livers!
