pouring milk over frozen fruit freezes the milk to the fruit like a coating.
i also put clo into a fruit smoothy once and it turned into pudding, can't remember what exactly was in it though.
I would definitely put that under the " why didn´t I think of that " category
Mmmmm.... try frozen berries in yogurt. Thaw them just enough to flavor the yogurt. Sweetener optional. Brrrrr!
You know , I ´ve done that , mashed them a bit and stirred all in , and actually fooled my kids into believing , it was ice cream
