portable foods for baby

What are your favorite foods to take along for baby (12 mo)?  Apples are our current fave, but I'm looking for things I can just stash in the car for those times I forget to plan ahead, too!

Do you mean things you can leave in your car? Apples are usually okay for some time sitting in a car so they are definitely a good choice. Pears are nice as are bananas, avocados, and cucumbers, but storage time is a concern. Everything else would probably have to be dry so it would store longer.
