I'd like to know what diets have tried, what were the results, and what reasons did you have for changing.
I grew up eating an omnivorous diet. My dairy allergy became more severe, so more and more dairy was eliminated. After identfying that my son had some kind of pain from sugar and artificial stuff, and my dairy allergy had gotten more severe, I was at a loss. Then my son refused to eat meat and I stumbled upon macrobiotics. I tried that for a while, but it relies heavily on soy, so when I became soy allergic macro was out and shortly after meat was in. My son agreed that we needed the change. Especially since we never found a B-12 supplement that worked well and neither of us reacted to.
So, I guess now I'm back to a basic omnivore diet. (Thank goodness gluten and I are friends!!!)
