WARNING graphic! I can't believe this is happening in our country! They have changed the laws in WA to exclude rodeos from animal abuse, but this is not a official rodeo event. If this upsets you as much as it does me, I really hope you will do something about it. I've been calling people, facebooking, and emailing all day. If I was rich I would hire a lawyer & through some money at it. Thank you for your time!
