When I was 18 months old, I received my MMR shot. Weeks later my hair started to fall out. My parents were shocked and not knowing what happened. It took about a year before they figured out that It was Alopecia, This was 1984 and Alopecia was very rare at that time . I started all kinds of drugs to suppress the Alopecia, but at the age of 4 I was completely bald. I'm 27 years old and still completely bald.

I'm so sorry about that, but it doesn't surprise me. Alopecia is an autoimmune disease, and vaccines can cause autoimmune diseases. Here is a recent thread on the topic.
Have you tried low dose naltrexone (LDN)? I've never heard of it used for alopecia, but LDN works for autoimmune diseases in general, and the idea just came to me. I did a quick Google search for alopecia and LDN, and there were many results.
You might not have read this article because it was posted in the Not Vaccinating forum, but it is probably the clearest explanation I have ever read on how vaccines affect the immune system and how adverse affects can happen, days, weeks, years after vaccination.
