What do your growing pains/growth spurt discomfort feel like?

I'm just curious what others experience when they are going through a growth spurt.  I feel like I go through these days where I feel all sorts of weird uncomfortable things and other days I'm fine.  I feel like I've been worrying more this pregnancy- probably b/c my last was a m/c.  Also this is my third and my mw keeps telling me that it's normal to feel things earlier and to be more uncomfortable.

I am much the same.  This is my third also and some days I feel great, very few to no aches.  Other days (like today) I am uncomfortable.  In general I feel like this baby is sitting much lower than my other babies, like right above my c-section scar.  I get a pulling, achey feeling along the sides of my lower belly and in the muscles around my pubic bone.  Also my inner thighs feel sore.  I never had any of these symptoms before and only recently.  I think a lot of the recent feelings are due to the fact that I am growing BIG and my pelvic floor is probably not in the best shape (I just gave birth last year and suffered a third degree tear).  I was thinking to myself today that if the aches get worse and more frequent I am going to be one grumpy pregnant woman the closer I get.

It's been 5 years since I've given birth and I'm still having a rough time.  I wonder if I've just forgotten all the discomforts of getting big or if this is just harder this time around.

I had cramping and hip and back pain this morning.  It's gone now, but there's always some kind of twingey, achey, soreness going on.  I never really know why I feel anything in particular, but it's nerve wracking.
