Site maintenance and update wednesday August 15th

We'll been running a code release this Wednesday that will make some functionality improvements and address some bugs in the system. When this occurs we may have a bit of down time and some slow loading of pages. It's usually pretty quick so nothing to worry about but we wanted to give everyone a heads up.
