Who is feeling baby move? - Page 2

I felt the first kick on Saturday morning at 6:00am, the again at 2 that day! There have been some odd times since then where I think it may have happened again, but I've been back home and busy so I'm more distracted.

Still, it was fantastic!

Good for you, Teles! I am still patiently waiting...fingersx.gif

OK so I THINK I felt something last night. It was late in the evening, I was lying on my back and was surprised when I felt what was like a tiny somersault being turned on the left side of where I can feel my uterus is sitting. I'm 13.5 weeks with #1 so I was not 100% sure if that's what these early flutters feel like. Of course dear hubby was upset he couldn't feel what I felt though he did do some very concentrated surveillance after ;).

Feeling tons of movement today.  I even felt a big flip.  Last night I told DH that I felt the baby.  Today it is like he or she doubled in size as I am feeling movement every few hours!  So excited!

I've been feeling movement at night consistently now.  So much so that last night I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't get back to sleep because I realized I hadn't felt it at bedtime and wasn't feeling any flutters then, either.  I finally felt a huge kick, so big that I'm pretty sure I was half dreaming it because I thought I felt it with my hand on the outside of my belly, and pretty high up :).  But that woke me up completely and I then kept feeling enough flutters to reassure myself.  I'm afraid I'm in for a lot of sleepless nights if I keep this up - I know I'm not going to feel baby move all night every night.  At least not until the kicks are strong enough to keep me from sleeping LOL.

It seems that my little one enjoys being up and active in the morning and early afternoon, which is great for me since that when I'm most active as well, but it's kind of unfortunate for DH because we're usually in separate places at that time of day because of work.

I had an assessment this morning for the first time since the kicks started (I was on vacation) and was feeling particularly bored as I was going through the motions. Suddenly I felt a little jab from the inside and it perked me right up. <3

I've started to feel little kicks! I'm 16.5 weeks now and I think this is when I started to feel movement with the other two.

I'll be 16 weeks tomorrow and I felt a couple of kicks the other day. It was while I was using the doppler, two very distinct kicks that felt unlike anything I've ever felt before. It was soooo cool! I can't wait until it's a daily thing!

i'm 17 weeks today and i still haven't felt anything. :/

I started realy feeling a lot friday (15wks 4days) , partly because i spent all day in a conference sitting instead of chasing around 3 kids.. yay!  they are still flutters/rolls/small kicks, but its enough to be reassuring and i know it won't be long until i'm feeling more :)

I am now feeling all out squirming, which an absolutely crazy sensation. I was about to come on here to mention that baby seems to seriously prefer the right side, since it's always clustered there, but I suddenly felt a whole lot of squirming and now he/she is nestled on the left side.

I never thought that the sensation of something crawling around inside of me would be so adorable <3

I didn't feel anything with my first pregnancy until I was about 19-20 weeks along...I am 15 weeks now and nothing yet....It is usually later for bigger women.  With my first pregnancy once it started it was constant (and still is)...

We have been having flutters for a week (but I thought it was gas at first). The other day we were checking heart tones with my midwife and the baby moved alot! I felt it all. I swear that is one of the best feelings ever!! 15 weeks-16 weeks  this time around.

I'm 17 weeks too and I also haven't felt anything yet.  This is my 4th, but because of my "advanced maternal age" (a diagnosis from the ob) and other factors, I'm really obsessing over this one.  I wish I'd feel a kick!

i'm 17 weeks, too and i have yet to feel anything. i am a first-time mama, so i really don't know what to feel. i'm sure once i feel a good hearty side jab i'll know. :)

i am so in love with my little baby already, i talk and sing to it all day.

For those of you who haven't felt movement yet, don't worry at all about it! It is still early on to feel it.  I've also known some women with placenta placement that really dulls movement until baby is bigger.

This is my second pregnancy, and I've felt  gas-bubble/flutters in the last couple weeks, but felt two distinct kicks two nights ago. It was so great. This is several weeks earlier than I felt my son, so it was unexpected and thrilling.

Yeah, I should add that with dd2 it was after 20 weeks that I felt anything. I had an anterior placenta and felt nothing at all, then suddenly, big kicks.

I feel some movement every day, but it is so random that I freak out daily. So even though I am feeling stuff, the fear has not gone away for me.

Yeah, I was kind of counting on daily reassuring kicks by now, but last night I tried another mom's suggestion of lying on my belly (half on left side, half on belly) and after a few minutes I felt a few taps.  :)

^This. This baby is so different from my last baby. I started feeling him at 11 weeks and it was on and off all day from that point. This baby is so random and sometimes I will go 12-18 hours between kicks. I'm always somewhat on edge. I don't like the fear!

I'm now feeling a ton of little kicks, super low down, every night. Also when I lie on my back I can feel little limbs or at least something that's poking out.
