anyone else's pants not buttoning?

yikes, not even 7 weeks here and my top button is done for. And would you believe it, there was only ONE rubberband in our house, and it fell off my pants at Target today. Thankfully I found it in the parking lot.  Yes, I could have just bought some while I was inside, but the preggo brain has set in as well.  I started bloating out at 8 weeks with my second, so maybe number 3 is going to be even earlier. I got rid of my maternity clothes since I thought I was done, so I just ordered some asap!

7.4 here and things are starting to get a little tight. I can still button everything (because I prefer pants that aren't too tight to begin with) but I'm finding that my pants are slipping down and my shirts are riding up! So annoying!! Might have to dig out some of the mat clothes pretty soon here too.

I own ONE pair of pants (skirts only girl here) so I don't know if they are tight, in fact, I'm not sure where they are.  My skirts are all fine though, they tend to be loose, soft and confortable with no buttons or zippers.  In fact with child #5 I didn't even have to purchase maternity skirts.  I admittedly don't get very big in my pregnancies, though.

I'm actually dropping weight currently (not from morning sickness) due to a combination of being on a Whole30 and this little bean taking my extra fat stores (I've got a lot of extras). So instead of bloating I'm dealing with an even more deflated stomach which is not pretty at all... Yay for extra skin!

I've been wearing dresses and skirts all summer but it was cool the other day and I had to try on 3 pairs of jeans before one fit somewhat comfortably. I think it'll be time to go shopping very soon! :-)

With my daughter the bloat kicked in super early, but I was a size 2 then so everything showed right away.  With my son I was a more average 4/6 and wore my normal jeans until like 18-20w.  I thought it was because I was no longer so super skinny, but I'm the same size as I was then and this time I feel so bloated again, right away.  So strange!

I'm bloated up and it stinks. I want to wear maternity clothes, but I don't want people to ask "how far along are you" and then have to tell them I'm only 6 weeks. I'm only 128 lbs, 5,3", and I get REALLY huge in the belly during pregnancy. I'm not looking forward to that, but I do wish the first trimester was over so I could feel better about letting it all hang out, haha!

I had been walking around with my top button undone for most of yesterday.  I can still button my jeans by my lord they are tight and it seems to make me more nauseas.  I finally pulled out my maternity clothes yesterday afternoon.  Ahhhhhh!  The shirts are still mostly too big, but the pants are bliss!  (and cute too!)  I guess I didn't work on my core muscles like I should have, last time, because I certainly wasn't showing this early last time.  (Though I think I'm only showing now if you really know me.)

5 weeks 1 day.

Two words: YOGA PANTS!

I am strangely losing weight but I've cut out sugar and the occasional soda I would share with hubby, and am avoiding simple carbs too.  Add nausea and diarrhea and that has been enough to have me lose 3 lbs at 7w.

Try hair elastics instead of regular rubber bands. You can get them in colors to match your pants, and I feel they're more durable. I've used them during times of weight loss when I'm too small for one size, but still two big for the next size down (or for jeans that just came out of the dryer and don't want to button - but I know will stretch out by the end of the day).

I'm planning on rocking a lot of leggings during this pregnancy. I've read that other women can just wear non-maternity leggings (below the belly once it's too big). So I just bought two cheap pairs at Real Canadian Superstore. I also grabbed some cheap cords in pretty colors that I'll alter once I need to. I was NOT a cute mama during my first pregnancy (long story, not getting into it), and since this is going to be my last, I'm determined to feel good about how I look. For now I'm trying to snag shirts and such that will transition well from now (5 weeks) to and through the second trimester. Fortunately loose, flowy tunics are in fashion right now. We're not telling anybody I'm pregnant until I can tell my family in person when I go visit them in October.

I am a small framed girl, 5'6" and hover around 127 (give or take...usually give LOL). Ive dropped to 125, but man, my pants! I cannot button my jeans correctly. Fortunately, I never bothered to get new jean shorts since before losing that last little bit of baby weight from 3 years ago... so my shorts are OK for now LOL...

Wondering who carries comfy leggings here in the states that would be lower-rise and good enough quality to be worn....fairly regularly... OK... all the time....

I gained 3 pounds in a week!!! (between 4 and 5 weeks) And I'm super bloated so I now have 2 pairs of jeans that fit, all the rest are done for. Lol. I can already tell i'm going to get HUGE. Lol.

I was wondering about yoga pants.  If I had some low rise ones, wouldn't they work for a while anyway?  Or maybe some belly dance palazzo type pants?  All my pants are too tight and as I am trying to hide it for a while, I really am going to need something soon!

Yoga pants WORK awesome.  I love Lululemon still pants and grooves...they should last through most of your pg if not all, and you could always go a size up if you need to later on.  At least you'll have comfy clothes to wear after as well!

Mine are getting very snug and I'm only 6 weeks. My in-laws come soon and I know my mother-in-law thinks it's ridiculous that I could be showing so early so I'm not really looking forward to telling them I am pregnant.
