My daughter asked for a "nurser" cake for her sixth birthday.  Yes, she has been weaned for some time now.  She really wanted confetti cake with chocolate frosting and sprinkles.  This is how it turned out.

awesome. we have a pair of salt dough boobs we hang on our christmas tree every year. Years ago I told my daughter we were only going to make one more ornament for the tree and I'd make whatever she wanted me to.

Hey, I see a new cover photo for a re-issue of Margaret Atwood's The Edible Woman. Not a kid-friendly novel, but interesting second wave feminism reading. You should send it to her publishers. 

 

I bet she'd get a kick out of it herself.
