I believe The Whole Network has a listing of doctors.  If you google it, you'll find their main page & then find the list.  I believe they also have chapters in all 50 states so if there's not one listed in North Carolina, perhaps contact them.

Marilyn Milos may be able to help if you don't get anywhere w/ the ideas above.  She's at NOCIRC.org.

Lastly, if you can't find an intact friendly doc & you're worried about taking your child to a doc, some parents have started out by telling the doc that they are not to touch the child's penis, that the parent will do the moving of it if there's a concern.
