Religious exemption - NJ

For NJ, when enrolling a child into a private preschool (licensed by the state), for a religious exemption, do you need to obtain a letter from your church? As far as I know, the statute does not require that in any way and you simply need to provide a letter yourself stating your objections. Is this correct?

I can not find a preschool that accepts a vax waiver, they claim they are private and can refuse admission to anyone for any reason.  Have you had any luck finding a school that will accept one? If so I'd love to know where.  Thanks!
