I am at the breaking point. I just gained back the 5 pounds I lost 2 months ago and I want to cry, all my pants are tight and I feel like crap. I am a sugar and carb junkie. I have been snaeking my sons easter candy. UgH. I weigh about 170lbs and I'm 5' 6". If it was muscle that wouldn't be a bad ratio, but it's pure flab. My flabby arms (my wings I call them)and belly bother me most.
I am starting tommorow on a high fruit/veggie, whole grain, high protien diet. I lost weight on atkins but it is too restrictive and expensive for me to do again right now. I am really loving oranges and eat at least one every day and I'm not giving that up. I am going to try to cut out all processed food and white sugar. I also really need to satrt exercising.
I need a buddy to check in with and going through the same struggles I am right now. Anyone up for it?

I feel awful. Dh is 5'9 and 150 lbs and REALLY fit. I'm so tired that never feel like working out. I would love to diet with you guys. Can I be a buddy too?

Also I ate oatmeal for breakfast this morning and when Gina gets will be going to the grocery store too.
