Need help finding a GP, endocrinologist, and a therapist in PDX

I just moved here and I have no idea how to find a doctor. All of the docs I had in the last place I lived were picked randomly off the internet, and they were awful. I only found good doctors after making some friends in my last city and getting personal recommendations from them.

I don't really have insurance but am hoping I'll be able to get some through my SO's university.

I have Hashimoto's disease and am about to run out of my prescription so I need to find an endo soon. And obviously I have infertility issues as you can see by my sig. 

Also, I have pretty severe Social Anxiety and I need to deal with it.

So please if you know of a good endo, GP, or therapist let me know.

We LOVE our doctor, Dahra Perkins M.D., who practices family medicine at Integrative Primary Care in NW Portland, on Lovejoy. She is an MD, but she uses a lot of complementary medicine too- supplements, herbs, homeopathy. In many ways she's like a naturopath, but also uses medications when needed. She takes most insurance. There are other practitioners in the practice. Here is their website:

Dr. Perkins is busy, especially if you aren't a patient yet. If you are looking for a great doctor, I'd highly recommend her.
