I was searching for more info aobut the newest research by Harvard on Fluoride actually lowering IQ of kids (saddly true) and I stumbled across this post regarding Aspartime hidden in some form in many organic foods. I shop organic frequently and I am wondering if this is really true and if so how to avoid it? Is there any way of knowing which foods are affected if it is not even labeled - required to be labeled. Any facts or guesses?
Are raw veggies and fruits affected in any way? I would supposed not,
but after learning that even some organic companies found a way around adding preservatives to the food containers that directly affects the food yet not being added TO THE FOOD does not need to be labeled.. I am all frustrated.
Please any info?
