Freaking out!! Symptoms disappearing at 4 wks, 3 days???

The only symptom I've really had has been tender nipples and heavy breast, and they've been very painful from the second I conceived. But today (4 wks and 3 days) they are normal feeling. No period yet, but just don't feel pregnant anymore. Anyone else had something like this happen??

I didn't really have ANY symptoms at that stage, except my sense of smell was stronger. Sore boobs, nausea, exhaustion, etc...all came in the next 4-6 weeks. When did you get your BFP?

Got my positive on at exactly 4 weeks, when I missed my period. So like 3 days ago. But i've had sore breast seems like almost instantly after ovulation. Which is VERY unusual for me since they never hurt ever.

Don't panic! During the first trimester there were random days that I didn't feel pregnant and everything was fine.  Symptoms can come and go.  Unfortunately, rather than enjoy the brief moments free from m/s and breast tenderness, I would freak out and think something was wrong.  It's all part of the emotional roller coaster of being pregnant.

Thank you! This makes me feel better. I just want to hear a hb so I know it's all real. lol.

Last week, I had a blistful week when my breast stopped hurting, too.  This week I'm icing them at night.  I'd agree with a PP and say enjoy the relief .
