Please help-- 3yo flips when its time to leave preschool

DD1 started preschool in June and seems to be loving it.  The problem is at pickup time--she doesn't want to come home.  At first I thought it was due to me picking her up with the new babies but now she is starting to do it with daddy too.  She screams and carries on until she gags and vomits shes so upset.  I have no idea why.  I'm not sure if she is just having that hard of a time with the transition or if home is stressing her with two new (5mo) babies.  I need help and suggestions and fast--this is becoming increasingly difficult.  FWIW, I stayed home with her until 18mos, roughly then she was with family until early this year.  Then, the babies were born and she was home with me until June.  Im happy she loves her preschool, but so distressed that she doesn't seem to want to come home. Help!

That was my DD, pretty much all the time. I admit that for a while I could bribe her out the door with a snack in the car or a fun activity when we got home like reading or going to the park, etc. But there were lots of days I took a screaming kiddo out to the car.
