I've posted on here about going grain-free and eating healthier and losing some weight. I haven't been feeling well (awful headaches) the past few days and yesterday I didn't have much of an appetite, so I didn't eat much. I did better today, though and thought I ate enough.. I definitely didn't have many carbs, not because I'm avoiding them, but they just weren't really in what I ate. I checked for ketones this evening on a hunch and it was darker than small and lighter than moderate (so between 15 and 40). What should I do? I'd prefer to stay grain-free.. Would eating more fruit and beans and just eating more in general help?
I am not trying to lose weight at all, but in the last couple weeks have lost 5-6 lbs. I have an extra 20 lbs on me, so it isn't like I'm underweight... I just don't want to hurt me or baby!
