Seaside OR midwife/homebirth attendant

Hello! 

New to the area and just wondering if anyone was aware of midwives/naturopaths that attended home births in Seaside/Astoria area?  I am also considering Portland area, and I saw the forum below with a list of great midwives to start with.  Any good/bad experiences with birth centers?  Feel free to add recommendations/advice here also.
