Playdate Astoria/Seaside OR

My husband and I would like to meet families in this area with kids...possibly set up a play date.  We have a 1 year old little girl, and she is getting pretty restless and would love to laugh and play with other little ones.  Anyone in the area interested, or know of somewhere we could go to meet families in the area?
