cloth diapering a newborn girl - mini period question

My DD1 had a mini period after she was born and spotted for about 5 days. we were using disposable diapers with her.. so no big deal, but as i am getting my newborn stash ready for DD2 i'm wondering if i need to do anything special to clean the diapers if she has a mini period as well. do i need to have them soak right away? or will they wash completely normal?

my diaper stash mainly consists of kissaluv 0's and gmd workhorse fitted diapers with thirsties duo wrap covers. i also have a few random aio's. not sure if this affects anything!

I would imagine you'd soak them just as you would for mama cloth. But hopefully someone with better cloth knowledge will come along and answer your question. :)

I would just wash as normal and sun them if they stained. I don't soak my pads.

Just wanted to chime in and say that DD also had a mini period. I didn't do anything special or different with her dipes. I washed them as normal and they did not stain.   

As a previous poster mentioned, sunning the diapers is the best way to get rid of stains.
