So over the past week or two (I'm 21 weeks), I've started feeling the back pain getting stronger and stronger. I also had it really bad with my daughter, but this time I'm wondering if there's anything I can do about it. Basically, when I lay down in any position (on my back being the worst) or when I sit down, especially in a chair that takes the weight off my back (like a recliner), it doesn't take long for my back to start hurting really badly, and then when I stand up, I can barely walk at all until it sort of adjusts itself. It almost seems like taking the weight off of it just gets everything all out of line? I really know nothing about it, though, so I'm wondering if any of you ladies have any insight. Should I look into a chiropractor or something?? Last time, I could barely move through most of my pregnancy, it seems, but this time hasn't been quite as bad. I think the difference might just be that I'm on my feet so much more taking care of my toddler. That certainly seems to help. But surely I should be able to sit or lay down without feeling debilitated?
I'd love to hear any thoughts on this!
