Natural vitamin recommendation?

My almost 14-month-old son has extensive food allergies including dairy, soy, nuts, seeds, garlic, various beans, and a couple of fruits and vegetables.  He still nurses quite a bit when I'm home, and I'm still pumping at work so he can have breastmilk on the 2-3 days a week that I work.  His growth has never been great, and we recently went to see a nutritionist just to make sure that he's getting enough and that his is reasonably well-balanced given all of his restriction.  She felt like he was doing pretty well, but recommended a multivitamin because she felt that after a year he just might not be getting enough iron and zinc from breast milk any more. I had never planned to give a vitamin (though we did do D-drops last winter because we live in New England and were getting almost no sun), but given how restricted he is, I think it's reasonable at this point.  I have started looking into multivitamins, but am a bit overwhelmed by all of the options.

Does anyone have a vitamin that they like for their toddler? I'd like something that is whole-foods based without any artificial flavors or colors, obviously.

Thanks!

We like Animal Parade chewable vitamins for our DD.

They are made with whole food concentrates. Sweetened with xylitol, gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian.

They also make a Greenz, which we like because our DD decided to become fussy and not eat many greens anymore.

I know it's not what you're asking, but I would recommend researching the GAPS or SCD diet to possibly overcome some of the allergies.  I think there are some GAPS info threads if you do a search.  Good luck!
