CDC vaccination phone survey

I just declined a CDC phone survey to be used for statistical data .  The first question was if I had a shot record for my second child and that is when I ended the call.  It felt like I was going to be incriminating myself  help.gif  Has anyone else been singled out?

I did the survey a few months ago. I fully vax my kids. Its random.

I thought it was odd that they called my fairly new prepaid cell and only asked about my middle child.  We are going even slower with her than with our 1st because of her eczema. Thanks for the reassurance though
