Not online (that I know of) but I like "OB myths vs research realities" by Henci Goer. It's expensive though so try to see if the library has it. Also you don't have to read the whole thing (it's thick) but the intro to each chapter is interesting.
found another youtube video that is nice. this is another unassisted (I plan on a midwife, but you never know if you will be alone, even when planning hospital). I really like that this one shows her removing the cord from around the neck, also has a lot of vernix (but a nice sized baby).
