Suppliment safety in older child

Thread Starter

DS#2 is 3 and a half and still breastfeeding about 2-3 times a day.  I had great luck with coenzyme q10 with my gums before getting pregnant with DS#1 but stopped taking it when I was pregnant and breastfeeding.  I would like start taking it again, but Dr Hale's posted it as a L3.  However, it seems like all of the data for suppliments in general seem to be for infants.  How much does safety apply in older children? Thanks for any info anyone can provide!

You might try posting to the Health and Healing forum to see if anyone there has some info to share. smile.gif
