Last night I had a terrible time sleeping. I also seemed to always wake up on my back, with pain in my lower back. When I tried sleeping on my side I couldn't get my hips comfy, my belly felt funny. I stuck a pillow in between my legs. Woke up again on my back. What can I say, I guess I'm a back sleeper. I'm not really showing but I am 13w3d. This is my first pregnancy so I feel like I walking through new terrain.
With you more experienced with pregnancies, when do you start sleeping with a pregnancy pillow? When do you start trying to sleep on your side? When does sleeping become weird? I'm wondering if maybe I'm blaming too much on pregnancy and it was just a funny sleeping night.
