I have it. There was nothing out of the ordinary that happened. For one homebirth, I didn't know I had it (looking back it was pretty obvious) and all went fine. The next one it was properly treated and while the cord broke, I don't think it had anything to do with Hashi's.  I tore with both but again, I don't think it had anything to do with Hashis.
