Um, what if these doctors don't want their names posted on an internet site without their written permission?

I asked our doctor (very no-vax-friendly) about this "contest" and he said he would be very angry if someone posted his name/practice without first asking permission (which, he said, he would not give).

I think this is a wierd idea for MDC.

If we receive any complaints for the practitioner and they want their names removed from a resource list we will do so.

 You do not need permission to post a doctors contact information nor can they tell anyone they are not allowed to discuss their experiences. I can understand why your doc is upset if perhaps he wants to keep the fact that he is no vax friendly a secret?? if so why? but you cant tell people what they can and cannot discuss in terms of their experiences IMO

I can see that doctors who know enough to realize that they will be treated punitively by the system if they are listed as "sel/delay/vax-friendly" might very well be upset to have their names officially "out there," plastered on a list for anyone (including their employer) to see. They may prefer being recommended by quiet word of mouth. I see a parallel with outing someone who is gay without their permission. Or "outing" someone's religion in a culture where there is prejudice against that religion.
