My mom gave me this for Christmas and I absolutely love it. Gorgeous illustrations and very sweet ideas inside. Plus it's just structured enough so that I can be creative about what I include...

This is the prettiest carrier, and fit my shoulders and figure (at 5'6") much better than the Ergo. I got it when my daughter was about nine months, two years ago - it doesn't appear to have...

This potty is great - excellent value & performance! (plus it's cute!) My 9 month old DS took to it right away. He is a big boy (30 in. tall - feet not quite on floor - & 27 lbs.) and this is...

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

Hi!
I am not on the anti-candida diet but I was for four months while battling thrush.
I lost some weight too!!! But my baby was so young I didn't want to lose too much...I ate a lot of almonds to keep my calories up. My babe was bothered by both eggs and lettuce so that was really limiting (in a bad way) to my diet. It would've been a lot easier to be on that diet if I could've eaten salads and omelettes.

I am not now but I have been before. Both me and my kids are prone to yeast overgrowth but we have been on Jarrows Acidopholus for a couple of months now and the difference is awesome. My eczema is clear and my sons dipe rash is gone and my dd's moods are stable!!! The kids start the day with whole fat yogurt with jarrows and flax oil. I just take it with my supplements.
It is worth it being on the diet, if your body needs it!!!
Have you searched the web for resources? I don't have any offhand but search and alot of stuff should come up!
Good Luck,
Shelley
