I posted these goals in the style of I will, not I want to because I heard that is the best way to do it. I'd love to see other peoples goals and I may add to my list. I have no time frame in which I need to accomplish these, but I hope to by the end of the summer.
SIZE/WEIGHT
I will be a size 12/14
I will wear short sleeve and sleeveless shirts comfortably without worrying about my flabby triceps, because they will be tone and sleek.
I will wear a two piece tankini in the summer.
FITNESS
I will exercise at least three times a week
I will be able to do at least 10 man style push ups
I will participate in a 3 mile walk/run for charity
EATING
I will cut out white sugar
I will eat whole grains
I will cut most processed foods out of my diet

I hope I can do it, but if not I will at least know I've given it my best shot. Maybe I'll feel fine at a size 14.
: Who knows. Nothing is set in stone, I just want to feel better above all.
He gave it to the people that lived downstairs from us.
At least now I have a treadmill and a weight bench.
