Lets share our progress!
Strating weight: 168
Last week: 133
This week: 130
Weight-loss: 3 pounds
Total weight-loss: 38 pounds
Goal: 125ish or what my body will want
I'm trilled with my result this morning! I eated out three time last week, had additional stress on my shoulders but managed to choose good food over junk food!
Dance show is coming in two weeks... I have rehearsal (sp??) tonight... We did the photos last friday... I'm nervous!!!!

I might not be as present here on MDC as I would like to be for the next month or so... if someone was willing to take responsibility for this thread it would be nice and I wouldn't have to stress to be here on time monday mornings

It's the damn sugar, I never should have taken that first bite. 



I'll be bringing lots of CD's to keep myself from gettting BORED!



(well, only .5 pound according to my scale - yes, I admit I weighted myself last night
bad girl:LOL )
And my schedule, already full, might be fuller this year because of my son - he does gymnastic twice a week and he is now a young actor (went to his first auditions recently and did his first commercial (sp?) last week-end - as backgroud extra).
