I'm late checking in, but I get to add one more lost pound because of it.
Start 11/10: 165
Last week: 139 (after a big eating holiday weekend)
This week: 135!
Mini-goal: 133
Final goal (revised): maintain a weight between 130-135.
Luckily after a crappy eating weekend I had no problem re-dropping the few pounds gained. I think the gain was partly due to AF and partly due to not getting enough water -- plus we were eating breakfasts for three days that were just refined carbs on top of refined carbs. I felt so sluggish and tired after those breakfasts, ugh. I've been really conscious of getting water since coming back -- I do think that's a big part of weight loss.
I've revised my final goal (from "135-ish") since I am just a wee bit too big to be really comfortable in my favorite jeans. I'm OK at 135 but now that I've achieved that I think I can continue to eat as I have been and still lose a couple more pounds. I'm very happy with my food choices right now and feel I can continue to eat this way -- so whatever the body does now is OK. I'm not at all willing to cut food or exercise more just to lose more weight.
Keep up the good work, mamas! The support and success here has helped me stay on track and I hope it helps you too!
