We are soy free. From almond, rice and coconut and oat, we find that either some have added sugar, carrageenan which is known to be cancer causing or has vegetable oils which we also got off of recently after finding out how it's processed and how terrible they can be to our health. What other options are there? Or are there any?
Dd doesn't want to have her oatmeal cooked in water and it's becoming a bit of a headache.
