Where to Start? Book recommendations about Giftedness

Hi,  I'm Mom to DS, who is a 2E (twice exceptional) child, both gifted and special needs (SPD and anxiety).  Honestly, I had been so focussed on his SPD that I overlooked the needs he has around his giftedness (he tests really high in all areas).

He's starting first grade, and over the summer we had a neuro-psych eval done, which alerted me to his other "end" of needs, and focussed me on helping him find a suitable educational setting.  A setting that addresses both seems really hard to find.

I have heard there are some good resources out there about the social emotional needs of gifted kids.  I'd like to do some reading.  Can you Mommas out there suggest any good resources?

For social-emotional needs, the SENG site comes to mind (Serving Emotional Needs of the Gifted).  I'm not so good with book recommendations.  I could probably use a few, actually.

That was a good one although mine wasn't/isn't introverted.

I'll also add "Smart But Scattered" for help in organizing and persistence to task among other things.

"The Mislabeled Child", by the Dres Eide, helps with teasing apart what might be giftedness and what might be the other e's.

The Active Alert Child

DS' anxiety often manifests itself in major rigidity and control issues which lead to explosions or meltdowns, for which I found this one helpful:

The name evades me right now, but it's a book I found out about here. It's about "overexcitabilities" in gifted kids.

Something about being anxious. It's been a great help to us. Perhaps someone here will remember the title, but when I find it, I will post the title for you.
