I am 40 and this will be my 5th child, all my births have been at the hospital but no epidural. I want to go natural as possible while being in the hospital. Also looking for recommendations on OBs. I would love a midwife but the only hospital I have found that lets midwives deliver is St. Joes and maybe I am just spoiled from having my last 3 at Scottsdale Shea, but it looks like a prison ward.
