Hi, I couldn't find a better forum for this type of thing: My 7month old baby has a little cold (she is mainly just congested, and keeps sniffling, but otherwise fine). She is EBF, and I want to know some natural ways to help her feel better. I heard that garlic can help if you are sick, but can she get it other than orally, since she is only breastfed? For example, if I eat something with garlic, will that pass thru my breastmilk to her? Please let me know, thank you!

Also, I already take a prenatal w/DHA and a probiotic, if that helps!
