Palm Oil Allergy

I haven't been here in a long time, but I need some help.  My son has just been diagnosed with a palm oil allergy, and palm is in EVERYTHING!  I'm looking for one comprehensive list of ingredients that I can watch for when shopping.  Palm goes by many other names, and it's in most health care products as well as food.  Anyone got ideas?

What are his reactions like?  What kind of Dr. are you working with?

I am unaware of the "other" names it goes by, we just avoided palm and coconut (they cross react botanically as my DS was dx with a coconut allergy and we found he was reacting to palm as well).  So coconut may be something you want to watch for reactions to.  Being a non-top 8 allergen, if his reactions are bad enough you will really need to call manufacturers.
