I've been completely exhausted for the 2nd & 3rd trimester with the last three pregnancies. My labs are normal, good iron levels, naps don't help, B vitamins don't help, nothing helps. With my first pregnancy I started feeling exhausted around 15 weeks and took an iron supplement just to see what would happen (levels were normal at 8 weeks) and within 3 days felt just fine. I haven't supplemented with iron with the others because my 12-ish week levels have been good. Is it possible to need more iron even if levels are good?
