Ok here is our first weekly motivation thread. My first goals for the week is to cut out sugar and most processed foods. I just got back from stocking up on healthy foods at the grocery store. Today so far I've eaten, Breakfast: an orange two slices of wheat toast with natural Peanut butter
Early lunch, turkey sandwich on whole wheat with spouts and lettuce, natural doritos cool ranch(gotta have my chips) and strawberries.
I only drink water so I don't get any extra calories from liquids.
I am lucky to have never liked coffee or soda so I have no caffine addiction, I am just working on my sugar/carb addiction.

That's awful! Anyway, I'm planning to excercise today if the baby would EVER nap! 
I ate three pieces of pizza and a few cookies tonight at a Party Lite party. I wasn't even thinking about it. I'm such the social eater, I guess. Still, I did great all day and weighed myself. I've lost 4 lbs according to the scales. I do feel better. I took a long walk today but didn't get to Yoga.

I know what you mean about getting crabby after eating sweets. I'm that way after drinking a coke. I know I should just give them up but can't/don't want to. I worked out 3 days this week and on one of them I felt like crap and didnt' want to be there. I was watching discovery health and they said it could be related to what I ate the day before.
