Can I just say how not not jealous (that means I'm jealous) of all you women with smaller boobs than me??? My bobos are going to be bigger than my baby's head! I mean, they already would be NOW! And that's before 4 more months of pregnancy and milky boobs.

Dude, I'm right there with you.  I had breast reduction 13 years ago, and the other day, as my mom looked fondly at my ever-pregnant-er body, she said, "why did I spend all that money to make your breasts smaller when you had to go and make them big again?"  My only comfort is that they do look rather small next to my belly...

If its any consolation I'm VERY big boobed too. I'm a 34J. I don't actually change much in size, which is a good thing because I already struggle to find anywhere that has my size (love Nordstrom for their awesome selection of larger cup sizes and alteration service that will turn any bra into a nursing bra, just $10 extra.)

DH and I have chatted several times about getting reduction surgery once we time out and I'm no longer nursing. Until then I will just continue to hate sizest lingerie shops like Victoria's Secret that make large breasted women like me feel abnormal for wanting something that fits me.

i can totally understand the boob talk, to a certain extent... i usually have a 32A  (32B when on my cycle) and when I'm pregnant my boobs blow up to a full 32D and the back pain sucks. Everytime my boobs shrink back down to a A cup :P, I always wish I had full C's, after this pregnancy I will def appreciate my tiny boobs

I get the boob talk, I started out an E and then moved to an F at 16 weeks, I was freaked out to already move up a size before my belly was even popping, but luckily they have slowed down and I am crossing my fingers they stay this way for a while. My main pregnancy fear has been my breasts getting even more unmangeably large, but think it will work out. I'm jealous of smaller breasts for sure.

I'm 22 weeks today and had dh take some sweet photos. It's the first time I've taken a photo on time.

Yeah, I don't envy the large busted ladies, it's fun for a bit to have big boobs (which for me is D, maybe DD when milk first comes in), but not all the time. I do feel your pain on sizest bra shops, I was a 38A or 38B for a long time and that size just isn't available in any Victoria's Secret or the like, I was doomed to ugly/boring bras when I could find them until I finally became a 38C which is available in most bras. Pregnancy tends to make it easier for me to find bras! I tried some 40DDs recently as my 40Ds are too tight, but they are too tight on the band, so I think need a 42D now. Stupid rib cage!

yes on both counts . I am really enjoying my growing belly now and it's nice to look pregnant. I think when we were in NYC some guy gave up his seat for me on the subway after seeing my belly (or he was just super courteous to women?). That was very kind of him! DH and I had a great time at the shows, I am still basking in the show glow. We were 8 rows behind the stage on NYE and got to see the antics close up - plus I was next to another pregnant lady (probably past 30 weeks judging by her belly) so didn't have to worry about smoke etc as much as usual. I hope you had fun too!

I feel for all you busty mamas. I started as a 36B/C (have a few of each) and think it is time to go up a band size. I've been putting it off as long as possible since I know after delivery I'll be in nursing bras for years on end and don't want to invest in a bra for these few months. I think it's time to bite the bullet and get a 38C without underwires, maybe while VS has their sale going. (since I'm a very average size most of my bras come from there or markdown stores like TJ Maxx). I can't imagine trying to BF with massive boobs though - it must be hard to see/adjust/make sure baby's not getting a nose full of boob!

I would honestly just buy a nursing bra now - if you are planning on nursing for a long time, your boobs are going to go through a range of sizes as they go back to normal while nursing.  It was something I heard when I was pregnant with DS and didn't do because it was too "expensive", but let me tell you, I have wished that I had the array of sizes available - and even now since he is still nursing and my size is going nutty again. 

When I had DS I kept feeling bad for myself and how big my boobs got, but then I realized that even though they got huge (I ended up in a 36G from a small 34D), there was still many women out there with even bigger boobs then me! That must be really hard (and expensive)! I like my "normal" size - it works for my frame.

Thank you for the advice! I found a couple nursing bras with stretchy cups to accomodate changing sizes and think I will go that route.

Funny about the boob talk, and body issues...I always had issues as I thought mine were too small, totally what American culture sells the small-breasted. But I am finally, in my advanced age (ha) feeling thankful for my A's.

Also getting ready to go find a nursing bra for the rest of this pg as I am finally popping out of my regulars. Where is a good place to shop for nursing bras?

19 weeks 1st bare belly shot this pregnancy! This was right before a late night workout! I have been doing kettlebell training 3x a week and i can tell i am getting back in shape, feels great!

I can't say how much I love seeing the growing belly's it's so beautiful to see everyone's bodies expanding and carrying new life in there own unique ways. bodies are so fantastic.

Thanks! My husband is certified in them, so we have all sizes here at home and he trains about 4x a week so its pretty motivating to me to actually do something LOL I had to take 3 months off due to extreme (for me) morning sickness. And i started training again at 16 weeks. i am now bumping back up to weights i was already at. I just do not alot and no new records! LOL :)

They have them most everywhere that sells bras (not Victoria's secret though): Target, department stores, etc. Maternity stores will have them too. Make sure the clasp is easy to do one handed (for taking off and putting it back on) and that they show as well as they can under clothes. I have a wide variety of nursing bras and use them all, so I recommend getting different kinds, one of each kind if you can, and then adding more of the ones you end up liking the best. I like having the sleeping/nursing bras for when I am at home, I like a more bra-ish bra for work/going out, but I like to have some that are very flexible and at least one or two that will hide nipples for when I want to wear a tighter shirt. And consider you may need to shove nursing pads in them too, I didn't leak much at all, but it seems I am pretty unusual from all the leaking complaints I hear from people! I should probably bust out my nursing bra stash too, but I'm going to wearing them for so long, I really wanted to wait longer, bleh!

Thanks Katie! I am pretty sure i only wore nursing tanks last time and I did leak a bit in the beginning. So many things to think about!

:) thankyou!! people are still having a hard time believing that theres a baby in there (and that im nearly 24 weeks) but its nice to have something i can at least point out!! your last one looked amazing..your looking awesomely pregnant :D
