I remember the night sweats.. And I sweated a lot during the day too! And it was November! In Alberta! Haha! I was so hot all the time. This time it will be May.. So hopefully not too hot but not cold either. We will see!

Times-how come you have to hide your bump still?? Maybe you explained it somewhere but I didn't notice smile.gif I really hope you start feeling better. Nothing is worse than that fainting feeling!

Wish i could share it with her tho as i think that would be wonderful to do, shes at the perfect age that i think it could be amazing for her.. but i do get why .. so im doing my best.. i dug out one of my new dresses and i think it makes it pretty invisible whilst in my chair.. so fingers crossed!!

Oh I see! What a tough situation! I hope your bf gets to see his boys! It will be exciting when you get to tell his daughter! By the time you tell her she won't have to wait long! Although it will probably seem like an eternity to her. Sounds like she will be excited smile.gif

Yeah, it took about 4 months to lose the weight I gained in pregnancy, so it didn't go away immediately or anything, but by 6 months I'd lost more. And yeah, some Moms hold onto some weight while BFing, I think I didn't have this as I already have a bit of extra padding so my body was probably comfortable with that as the final reserve. I took a picture this weekend, but won't post until Monday!

Climbing harness helps hold pants up!

Are you really climbing FarmerMomma?

I really did. It was awesome. My first prego climb. I don't climb that often but I love it. My first time up was like climbing again for the first time. I had to take it way easier and took a long pause. The second climb I paced myself. I didn't get a good challenge in but just didn't want to do anything too risky. It was a great night with boyfriend and DS.

Pastormama and cobabymaker, I love your dresses!! Super beautiful! And thanks for the tip Lisethana! I have been having some lower back pain. Plus you look great too!!

Finally got DH to take a belly shot on Sunday when I was 26w2d.

And I'll definitely be trying those squats. My hips have been giving me quite a bit of pain, as has my lower back. I've been blaming it on carrying around my 30lb 16 month old, but he is finally mastering climbing down the stairs, so I hope that helps reduce how much I have to pick him up and lets my poor lower back & hips get some rest before the new baby arrives.

Ok so I actually think doing squats would be great for me.

One thing is though I have REALLY bad groin pain (I also feel it on the pelvic area under my butt like where the leg and butt connect, and I wonder if this would be bad for that?

I also read somewhere, dont remember where or when, that doing squats late in your pregnancy isnt recommended? Maybe it said something about preterm labor or something? I could be wrong but I really think I remember reading something....

But ugh I definitely need to do some strength exercises if I'm gonna get through this homebirth!

Exercise squats, maybe, but just squatting in general, that's the only way I can pick anything up or unload the dishwasher or pick up DD (which I'm limiting) already and especially at the end smile.gif

Well so yeah, I mean exercise squats. Like if I started going to the gym twice a week to do some strength training (or in front of the tv hehe), including squats, I wonder if that's not a good idea.

There's one squat type exercise I'm supposed to do for Bradley but I'm also interested in the exercise part of it, to build some strength in the lower muscles.
