Omg I canNOT imagine how big my boobs are going to get. They were big to begin with because I was overweight and since being pregnant I went out and bought a 40D. I do not enjoy seeing the number 40. And I'm just at 15 weeks so I'm scared how big they're going to get. No doubt baby will love the soft cozy mushiness of them but me? Am so not into how how it looks on me. My girlfriend went up two sizes while pregnant and then another size while BFing! I have to try to put it out my my mind....

If it makes any of you feel better about your boob size I'm pretty sure I'm going to be the biggest cup size in the group. I'm a 34J, that's right a J cup (did you even know they went up that big?) Before I got pregnant the first time I was a steady 34G(UK)/34H(US) for several years. Then with DS1 I went up to 34H(UK)/34I(US) now that I'm a 34J its the same size both sides of the Atlantic Ocean. I hate, hate, hate shopping for nursing bras, and move back to underwire as soon as I can as non-wired bras do not support such a large cup, so I either have to sag or get stuck with monoboob, neither of which are particularly comfortable when you have as big a cup size as I have.

I'll try to remember to take a pic this weekend when I turn 15 weeks. I'm definitely showing. DS1 keeps prodding it and calling my belly a ball.

CBM, I'm with you, I am barely reaching to get to a B right now. My boobs just don't get that big. My mind is boggled by the letters being thrown around here!

Ack! So jealous of your 34Bs. I'll just hold onto the small glimmer of hope that mine will stay the same size.I know I'm dreaming but a girl can dream can't she? :)

I'm also jealous of the B cups. I've already had DH agree that once we're done having children and the last one is weaned I'm having reduction surgery. We just need to agree on a size. I'd love a B or C cup, but DH is asking for a D.

CoBabyMaker you have such an adorable bump, and I love the boots. It never gets cold enough here for boots.

lynann- i think (from friends who've had it done) a c-d cup seems best, you normally find they seem REALLY small no matter what size you go for when you go from the kind of size you are, and i think D's arent actually as big as people imagine.. theres the whole omg DD is huge idea.. but D, DD unless your backsize is above a 34 are moderate but not huge, and certainly dont look out of place.. i always wished i had one of those proper elfin figures, even at my thinnest (and ive got pretty thin before) they were always there!!

15 weeks... literally can't believe how fast this week has gone!! (i personally am not seeing ANY difference ha.. just feel fatter in my head :P )

I'm also in the pre-PG A/B club.  There has definitely been some "growth" in that area over the last week.  DH is a fan.    Mostly though, the band size is getting tight on my bras...like my ribcage is already expanding.  I need to look in my maternity stuff and see if I have some bras in a larger size.

I don't know how I keep missing this thread. The only time my boobs are scary big are when my milk comes in. I always get engorgement, have major crazy let down that sprays for months, and hind-fore milk issues. My boobs were past DD when it came in last time. Right now they are probably a D but I haven't wanted to get new bras yet and am in mostly sports bras. Normally I am a Small/medium B so they grow pretty fast.

Can anybody else not type when pregnant? I cannot get my fingers to hit the right letters in the right order. Next time I type something I will leave it unedited so you can see how bad it is. haha.

I wonder if its the relaxon.. i have dyspraxia caused by my ehlers-danlos syndrome (uber hypermobility and tissue stretchyness causing e lots of issues.. sortve like i have relaxon ALWAYS) and my consultant says my dyspraxia is due to my brain being stretchy aswell.. especially because my right side is mosst bendy, but my left side mosst dyspraxic (which fits with your right side of brain controlling the left side) anyway i was thinking this the other day,, its like pregnant women are all a bit ditsy like i am normally, and a bit clutsy and i wondered if this could be the cuase (my dyspraxia is also why i fail to understand sentence structure and punctuation also :P )

I definitely drop things more often while pregnant, I think there is a cause for that, forget what though. Love all the new belly shots I would love to be a B again, but I'm ok with C especially since my ribcage is so wide it makes bras easier to find. I don't even know what size I am during the beginning engorged BFing part, that's why those bras are so stretchy! But yeah, its quite the change from when I grew up as barely an A cup. I didn't get boobs until college really when I finally put on some fat and even then they weren't huge.

12 weeks today! Here's my barely there first thing in the morning, bump.



My boobs haven't gotten much bigger. Just way fuller. If that makes sense. There wasn't much there when I finished breast feeding my son. I was maybe an A cup. Still fit my bras, just filling them out a bit more now! Lol. When I look at my nursing bras that I used with my son, I go.. Wow, was I really that big?! Haha.

ETA: I feel like I'm almost smaller than I was last week. But I think it's because most of the bloat is gone maybe?? Anyone else feel smaller at this point?

mama4life, when was the last time u got measured? my boobs just get fuller but they are actually getting bigger, if you have a tape measure you can measure them at home, you look bigger then an a cup to me, because your frames quite small.. altho hard to tell from the side.. you have a nice 12 week bump.. im 15 and mines still pretty non existant!!

What should my measurements be?? If I was in a B what minimum measurement would I need to have? And would I take my measurements right across my chest?
Sorry for all the questions! I've just always picked a bra that looked like it fit me.. :/ lol!

ETA: oh jeeze I just looked at the size on the bra I'm wearing right now an it's a B 34..So I guess I'm not an A! I always thought this bra was an A!

I feel like my belly was the same size from 5 weeks to 12. It just changed from bloat to uterus and baby.

have you got a tape measure handy atall?  my guess is you are a 30-32 back size and probably a C cupsize.. if you have a tape measure you measure firmly around your ribs... then write that number down (if its an odd number add 5 to it, if even add 4, so if u measure 26 your a 30, and if you meaure 27 your  a 32)  then measure more loosely around your boobs around the fullest part, then get the boob measurement number, and take away the underboob measurement (with its added 4 or 5) if they are  the same its A, if the boobs are one smaller then AA, if its 1 different B,2 different, C, 3 different D etc..if you want just do the measurements and i will translate it for you :) (oh this is all done in inches)

I feel EXACTLY the same.. so annoying isnt it!!! mines a lot harder now but not much visual difference!
