New to EC and have some questions...

My DS is almost 6 months and I tired EC for the first time yesterday. It has been pretty good so far; I have caught a few poops and a couple of pees. I have to say either I was lucky on my first try or he was just ready, bc he made a raspberry sound and tooted. I brought him to the toilet, held him over it and it he went within less than a minute. He smiled and looked up at me, almost like he was saying "finally!" lol It was truly a thrilling moment!

So, my questions are:
1. Will this potty be small enough for his bum? http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000056J7L/ref=aw_cr_item_title
2. If not, what do you recommend for his age/size?
3. He seems to wake at night to "nurse", but maybe this is to pee? (we co-sleep) If so, how can I help him w/o having to wake us both up completely?

Bumping up your post! Anyone have suggestions to share?

That's a great potty all the way through. At night you can keep the bowl by the bed and just set it between your legs, tipped back and set him on it before or during nursing if you think he needs to go. My guys wiggle a lot when they need to pee and reach/ root when it's milk they're after.
