Possible pregancy and copper coil?

got my copper coil out 9 days ago. I was told by the nurse not to have sexual intercourse for seven days prior to getting it out. well i ad a few drinks 3 days before that and me and my partner totally forgot about the seven day rule and of course we had sex. What are the chances of sperm living up there for 3 days and pregnancy occuring? I had some light bleeding when i got my coil out which was normal and the other day I thought i was getting my period as I had some dark bleeding but that was it and nothing else except some light staining the day after. Im feeling nauseaus the past two days and tired and at times  my nipples have been itchy and my lower back is a little achy this morning not to mention some very disturbing dreams I have ben having :( Im feeling some bubbles i could say everynow and then low down in my stomach ust above my pelvic bone I dont have regualr periods and i never get any pms symptoms
