Arnica for subchorionic hemorage?

I have read that Arnica has been used in helping to treat SCH.... my health food store has Arncia30x but I'm not sure how to use it.Does anyone know of anyone that has used this??

I haven't used it that way, buy Arnica 30X for injuries is quite effective. My midwife gave it to me after birth and I take it after dental work.
